Instructional Design
The Instructional Design team (ID) looks into the pedagogy, or the learning experience, and the ways to enhance and encourage learning. In our courseware development, the Instructional Design will look into the user interface and various expects of the user learning experience, and perfecting them to give users the best learning experience.

Apart from that, the Instructional Design team is also responsible for all enquiries from our clients regarding our products and services. We offer consultancy services to our clients, as well as training on various aspects of eLearning and Computer Aided Training development and implementation.

Multimedia Design
The Multimedia Design team looks into the graphic development and enhancement. In our courseware development, the Multimedia Design works hard to implement and enhance the graphical contents to give our clients the best look-and-feel. Using the best software in the market for each type of graphics, from still picture to 2D animation to 3D animation, we deliver picture-perfect and smooth-flowing graphics and animations suitable to our clients’ requirement.

The Multimedia Design team also gives graphical and GUI consultancy services to our client.

Multimedia Programming
The Multimedia Programming team looks into eLearning and Computer Aided Training from the technology point of view. In our courseware development, the Multimedia Programming team works hand-in-hand to implement technologies to create the courseware as required by our clients. We also work hard to deliver the best, bug-free and smooth running products for our client. The Multimedia Programming team is also in-charge of the after-sales and after-delivery support.

The Multimedia Programmer team is also constantly looking into new technologies in the market, and the new areas of learning from the technical side.
